Spring is right around the corner and before you know it Memorial Day will be here. This means another Exeter Adult Softball League season is approaching us. The Exeter Adult Softball League is continuing to look to improve the league and hopes to make a big jump this year.
Some things to look forward to for the league in 2022 are more teams. Right now currently the team is at 9/10 teams. The goal is to have a solid 10 teams exactly at the start of the season. With new teams it will bring in new fields to keep the games twice a week. The league is looking to acquire a field from Gibraltar. The team also has a new website, which you can check by clicking this link www.exeteradultsoftball.com. This years website will give each team the ability to have their own website within the league. It will also keep track of every teams roster and upload headshots and a short bio for each player. Besides, handing out end of the season awards, the league is Alsop looking to host its first Home Run Derby and crown a champion. The playoff games will be broadcasted live through Black and Pink Media, as well as provide more in-depth coverage of the season.
