As of the first week, the season looks to be competitive. In the past, there may have been one or two teams who really did not stand a chance vs the competition and one team that was a league above the rest. This year so far that does not seem to be the case. The top two teams at the top of the standings right now (KNB, Crushers) both played the current last place team in The Lions. The Lions played them both close losing one of the double header games by only 2 runs each time. We are only 1 week and a half in and a lot can change in the standings. With the way it looks right now all games are going to be close. If you do not show up, any team can beat any team on any given night. That should make for an interesting 2022 season!
